“Great pool to lounge around & relax - just need alot more sun loungers as they were always full, would have been great to have more options for pool side massages (cheaper too) Slow service for table ordering,had to ask for water a few times before actually getting it. Staff always friendly though,just Fiji time”

“Great restaurant options, kids enjoyed buffet, adults mostly ate at other restaurants on site as part of all inclusive. Good range of activities, a lot were included in room price. Beach beautiful.”

“Great location. Natadola beach is stunning. Our beach bungalow was right next to the garbage storage but with nice view. Food at the restaurant is good even though it doesn't vary a lot. Overall the staff is very nice, would just need some help on organization (e.g. messing up orders at the restaurant, room was very hot when we got there) and guidance on service excellence: for what you pay you would expect better service.
